Orders in Council Database

Approval was given for the issuance of an Order in Council, under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, section 15 of the Public Service Commission Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Public Service Commission, effective September 9, 2020, to consist of all of those functions formerly within the Public Service Commission and all of those strategic staffing, opening doors, training, workplace harassment investigation, safety and wellness functions formerly within the Human Resource Secretariat.
