Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gail Boland as Assistant Deputy Minister, Program Accountability and Corporate Services, Treasury Board Secretariat, in the Office of the Executive Council, effective September 9, 2020, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Treasury Board Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to January 21, 2019, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary to which she has been appointed herein.
