Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to close permanently and to convey the section of abandoned highway reservation at Hodgewater Pond, delineating an area of 1472.8 square metres, as outlined and described in the Minister’s Submission, to Mr. Patrick G. McCormick, for fair market value.
