Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Brian Delaney as the Assistant Secretary to Cabinet (Economic Recovery) within Executive Council, effective September 4, 2020, with salary at Step 25 on the 1856 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, terms and conditions of appointment are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
