Under the authority of section 23 of the Lobbyist Registration Act and in accordance with subsection 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to extend the appointment of the Commissioner of Lobbyists, Ms. LeeAnn Montgomery, from the end of her current term on October 6, 2020 and at her current salary, to the date at which a Commissioner of Lobbyists is appointed in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act.
