Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 17 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to transfer the responsibility for the General Insurance and Financial Analysis Division from the Department of Finance to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure.
