Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 3(2) of the Industrial Development Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Industrial Development Corporation (NLIDC), effective immediately:

1)   Deputy Minister, Department of Finance, as Chairperson;

2)   Deputy Minister, Department of Industry, Energy and Technology;

3)   Deputy Minister, Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture; and,

4)   Assistant Deputy Minister, Treasury Management and Budgeting, Department of Finance.
