Under the authority of subsection 6(4) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to designate Cathy Duke as a Chairperson of the Independent Appointments Commission, until such time as Earl Ludlow completes his responsibilities as a member of the Premier’s Economic Recovery Team and is able to resume his duties as Chairperson.
