Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Darryl Johnson as Executive Director, in the Department of Health and Community Services, on an acting basis, effective November 6, 2020, at his current salary, in accordance with the terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.    OC2017-301 is hereby revoked.
