Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 3 and 4 of the Housing Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased:

1) to appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, for three-year terms, effective from a current date:

a) George Andrews;

b) Bernard Bromley;

c) Noreen Careen;

d) Liz Palmera-Nunez; and

e) Darlene Spracklin-Reid

2) to re-appoint Rhonda Neary as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation Act, for a three-year term, effective from a current date; and

3) to designate and appoint Mr. David Loveys as Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation Act.
