Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Donna Ballard as Assistant Deputy Minister, Courts and Corporate Services, within the Department of Justice and Public Safety, on an acting basis, effective November 12, 2020, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, in accordance with the terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
