Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Alan Doody as Assistant Deputy Minister (Regional Services) in the Department of Health and Community Services, on an acting basis, effective November 26, 2020, with salary at Step 19 on the 1500 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Treasury Board Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to November 26, 2020, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein.
