Under the authority of paragraph 5(1 )(b) of the Financial Administration Act, section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Justin Garrett as Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Board, in the Treasury Board Secretariat, Office of the Executive Council,effective November 26, 2020, with salary at step 13 on the 1500 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
