Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations of $59,212, excluding HST, annually in fiscal years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26, and 2026-27, or part thereof, to lease a new Xerox Iridesse 120 Colour Digital Press for the Printing and Micrographic Services Division of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador.
