Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Geoff Williams as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Human Resource Secretariat in Executive Council and the Acting Deputy Secretary to Treasury Board, effective May 1, 2013, with a 10% increase applied to his current salary, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to May 1, 2013, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein, and with normal step progression and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
