Under the authority of section 28 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council:

1) is pleased to authorize the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to advance Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro with long-term funding of up to $300 million, on such terms and conditions as to form, rate of interest, and terms to maturity as the Minister of Finance, as the agent of Government, may determine on a cost recovery basis;

2) is pleased to authorize the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to require payment of a fee and such a requirement, if any, to pay fees including Debt Guarantee Fees consistent with OC2011-218, shall extend in respect of all monies advanced to the corporation under Item 1 and OC2017-347; and

3) hereby rescinds OC2020-258.
