Under the authority of subsection 14(1) of the Regional Health Authorities Act and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Michelle House as interim Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Western Regional Health Authority, for a period of up to six months or until a permanent CEO is appointed, subject to the negotiation of terms and conditions of employment, with such terms and conditions to be reviewed and approved by the Clerk of the Executive Council.
