Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Dan MacKenzie as Assistant Deputy Minister, Intergovernmental Affairs within the Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat of the Executive Council, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, effective December 9, 2020, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Treasury Board Secretariat for classification within one year of March 11, 2020, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to March 11, 2020, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he was appointed on that date.
