Historic Resources Act and Public Service Commission Act
Under the authority of subsection 22(4) of the Historic Resources Act and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Raymond Cusson and Michelle Davies to the Board of Directors of the Heritage Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador, for three-year terms, effective immediately.
