Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Elizabeth Day as Assistant Deputy Minister (Seniors, Aging and Social Development) in the Department of Seniors, Wellness, and Social Development, effective September 30, 2014, at her current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. Day’s current salary and any applicable salary increase on the basis of the classification, to be effective as of her date of appointment.
