Arts Council Act and Public Service Commission Act and
Under the authority of section 6 of the Arts Council Act and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Michelle Keep as a Writing Representative and Gina Power as a Community Representative to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council, for three-year terms, with effect from a current date.
