Public Procurement Regulations
Under the authority of subsection 19(1) of the Public Procurement Regulations, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide an exemption to the Public Procurement Framework for the purposes of issuing a limited call to local suppliers for the construction of an aquatic vessel for the Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture.
