Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dr. Gregory O’Leary as Deputy Minister in the Department of Education, effective January 4, 2021, with salary at Step 16 on the 2328 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, in accordance with the terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
