Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Suzanne Hollett as Chief Review Commissioner to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division, effective January 1, 2021, on an interim basis until such time as a Chief Review Commissioner is appointed in accordance with the Independent Appointments Commission Act, with salary at Step 5 on the 1216 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, andproviding a salary differential to apply of 1% above the highest paid subordinate until such time as, through normal step progressions, general salary increases, or otherwise, the appointee’s salary is greater than the salary of the highest paid subordinate.
