Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Megan Nesbitt as Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate and Strategic Services) in the Department of Industry, Energy and Technology, on an acting basis, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, adjusted in accordance with her pending classification retroactive to March 19, 2019, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, effective December 2, 2020.
