Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to second Tanya Noseworthy to provide support to the Premier’s Task Force on Health Care, on an acting basis, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, effective December 2, 2020.
