Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to sell:

1) a 2.45 acre portion of surplus land expropriated from Mr. Roland Pittman to the Town of Norris Point (Parcel 1, Parcel 2 and Park House Road) as described in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Coimcil, for $1.00, subject to the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Minister; and

2) a 0.5 acre portion of surplus land expropriated from Mr. Roland Pittman that is part of the old route 430-15-5 road reservation to the Town of Norris Point (Parcel 3 in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council) for $1.00, subject to the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Minister.
