Ordered that the administration and control of all that piece or parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto and containing 11.42 acres be and they are transferred to Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada for use by Canadian Government Railways; the consideration therefor to be $52.68 per acre.

SCHEDULE

All that piece or parcel of land beginning at a point in the southern limit of the Canadian Government Railways Right of Way (100' wide) said point being distant fifty two decimal zero (52.0) feet measured on a bearing of Due South from the centre line of the Main Line of the Clarenville Subdivision of the Canadian National Railways and designated as Sta. 4510 + 67.0 of the said Subdivision (as referred to Sta. 4322 + 09 being opposite the Order Board of the Station at Gander); thence running by said southern limit of the Canadian Government Railways Right of Way north seventy-four degrees two     minutes west one thousand nine hundred twenty-four decimal six (1,924.6) feet to a point; thence turning and running by land of the Department of Municipal Affairs and Supply south fifteen degrees forty minutes west two hundred fifty-four decimal zero (254.0) feet to a point and thence south seventy-four degrees two minutes east one thousand nine hundred ninety-six decimal zero (1,996.0) feet to a point; thence turning and running by the boundary line of the Department of Municipal Affairs     and Supply, aforementioned, Due North two hundred sixty four decimal two (264.2) feet more or less, to the point of beginning, and containing an area of eleven decimal four two (11.42) acres, more or less. All bearings are referred to the Astronomic Meridian.
