Ordered that, under authority of The Administration and Control of Lands of the Crown (Transfer) Act, Chapter 3 of The Revised Statutes of Newfoundland, 1970, the administration and control of two parcels of Crown land situate near Queen's Cove in the Electoral District of Bellevue comprising 2.59 acres, as more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, be and they are hereby transferred to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada for use by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for the purpose of a television rebroadcasting station and access road to same subject to the following conditions:

(i)  the land shall at all times be used for a television rebroadcasting station and access road to same;

(ii) all minerals, quarry materials, coal, natural gas, oil and salt in and under the said land shall be reserved to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Newfoundland; and

(iii) if and as soon as the sad land ceases to be used for the purpose mentioned in (i) above, the administration and control thereof shall thereupon be assumed by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Newfoundland.

SCHEDULE

All that piece or parcel of land being parcel No. 1 situate and being near Queens Cove in the Electoral District of Bellevue in the Province of Newfoundland, Canada the said parcel of land may be described as a  strip of land thirty-three feet wide running parallel to, on opposite sides of and being perpendicularly distant sixteen feet and five-tenths of a foot from a center line as follows, that is to say: Beginning at a point in the northeasterly limit of the highroad one hundred feet wide extending between the Trans Canada Highway and Queens Cove the said point being distant two hundred and thirty three feet and one-tenth of a foot as measured on a bearing of North forty-seven degrees fifty-two minutes forty-six seconds west from the westernmost angle of land described in Lease No. 32362 issued by the Crown to Eli Dean; thence running by Crown lands north forty-three degrees fifty-nine minutes east two hundred and fourteen feet and eight-tenths of a foot and thence north thirty six degrees two. minutes east three hundred and forty three feetand two-tenths of a foot and thence south eighty-nine degrees forty-seven minutes east one hundred and twenty-three feet, more or less, to a point in the southwesterly boundary of the hereinafter described parcel No. 2 and containing an area of 0.52 acres more or less and being more particularly shown outlined in red on the plan annexed hereto; Also all that other piece or parcel of land being parcel No. 2 and containing an area of 2.07 acres and being more particularly shown outlined in red on the plan annexed hereto abutted and bounded as follows, that is to say: Beginning at a point being distant eighteen feet and eight-tenths of a foot as measured on a bearing of north twenty-eight degrees fifty-six minutes west from the northeasterly extremity of the center line of the hereinbefore described parcel No. 1; thencerunning by Crown Lands north sixty-one degrees four minutes east three hundred feet and thence  south twenty-eight degrees fifty-six minutes east three hundred feet and thence south sixty-one degrees four minutes west three hundred feet; thence running by Crown land and by the aforesaid northeasterly extremity of parcel No. 1 north twenty-eight degrees fifty-six minutes west three hundred feet, more or less, to thepoint of beginning; All bearings are referred to the true meridian.
