Ordered that, under authority of The Crown-Lands. Act, chapter 174 of The Revised Statutes of Newfoundland, 1952, as amended, the following area of Crown Land be declared a Forest Management Area, that is to say commencing at the mouth of the brook flowing from Bremingans Pond; thence following down the brook in a northeasterly direction a distance of 1200 feet; thence following the boundaries of various granted and occupied lands in general easterly, southerly and westerly directions  to a point approximately mid way on the north side of Cochrane Pond;  thence following the north side in a westerly direction to the western end of the pond  thence by a line in a northwesterly direction 1000 feet to Paddy's Pond; thence following the eastern shore of Paddy's Pond to the mouth of the brook at the northern end of the said pond;  thence down Paddy's Pond brook a distance of 4000 feet more or less to the southern boundary of some granted or occupied land; thence following the boundary of said land in a northeasterly direction to the brook from Three Arm Pond to Three Island Pond; thence down this brook to Three Island Pond; thence following the southern side of Three Island Pond in a general easterly direction a distance of 3500 feet  more or less to a boundary of granted or occupied land; thence following this boundary in a general easterly, northerly and westerly direction to a point on the south side of the Canadian National Railway approximately one quarter of a mile west of Rocky Pond; thence following the Canadian National Railway line in a northeasterly direction a distance of 4600 feet more or less to the west boundary of other granted or occupied lands; thence following the boundary of said granted or occupied lands in a southerly and easterly direction to the western end of Bremingans Pond; thence following along the southern side of Bremingans Pond to the place of commencement and containing in all 6000 acres more or less.
