Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 16 and 21 of the Public Inquiries Act, 2006, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to

a) make the order titled “Inquiry Respecting Ground Search and Rescue for Lost and Missing Persons Order”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council; and

b) set the remuneration of James Igloliorte at $750 per day and $375 per half day, with reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with Treasury Board guidelines.
