Medical Care and Hospital Insurance Act
Under the authority subsection 3(2) of the Medical Care Insurance Insured Services Regulations under the Medical Care and Hospital Insurance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to designate Apex Surgical Inc. as an approved facility, subject to terms and conditions as the Minister of Health and Community Services may require.
