Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Kevin Parsons as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, with effect from October 10, 2014.
