Under the authority of section 3 of the Parliamentary Secretaries Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Tom Hedderson as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, with effect from October 10, 2014.
