Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Bernard Davis as Minister of Environment and Climate Change; Minister Responsible for Labour; and, Minister Responsible for WorkplaceNL, with effect from April 8, 2021.
