Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Pamela Norah Parsons as Minister Responsible for Women and Gender Equality, with effect from April 8, 2021.
