Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Krista Lynn Howell as Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs and Registrar General, with effect from April 8, 2021.
