Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 6(1) of the Economic and Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act and in accordance with paragraph 21(2)(b) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint the following individuals to the Economic Diversification Growth Enterprises Board with effect from a current date, as follows:

1) Fred Drover (Chairperson);  

2) Peggy Bartlett (Vice-Chairperson);

3) Deputy Minister or his or her delegate, Department of Finance;

4) Deputy Minister or his or her delegate, Department of Industry, Energy and Technology; and

5) Assistant Deputy Minister, Business and Innovation, Department of Industry, Energy and Technology.
