Under the authority of Loan and Guarantee Act, 1957, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to provide a guarantee of a Letter of Credit provided by Marble Mountain Development Corporation to Lietner-Poma of Canada Inc., up to a maximum of $2,000,000.
