Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $1,500,000 against its 2015/2016 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Trident Construction Ltd. For the replacement of O’Donnell’s Bridge in O’Donnell’s, St. Mary’s Bay.
