Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act and upon the written recommendation of the Treasury Board, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $2,322,743 against its budgetary appropriations in 2015/16 to facilitate the award of a contract to Pomerleau Inc. for the Long Term Care Facility Extension in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
