Under the authority of sections 5 and 14 of the Abitibi-Consolidated Rights and Assets Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby provides consent to Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro to undertake activities including, but not limited to, the upgrading or installation of equipment at the Star Lake Terminal Station as required to provide electrical services to customers.
