Expropriation Act
Under authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to sell
383.8 square metres of surplus land making up a slipway in Quidi Vidi, to Long Harbour
Holdings Inc. for $38,750, subject to the terms and conditions as prescribed by the
Minister.
