Under the authority of section 19 of the Endangered Species Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to provide its approval for the Minister of Fisheries,

Forestry and Agriculture to issue an Economic Activity Permit to Atlantic Minerals

Limited in respect of activities related to the Lower Cove Quarry Extension project

and for the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture to attach conditions to,

amend, or revoke the Economic Activity Permit.
