Under the authority of sections 7 and 8 of the Endangered Species Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased provide its approval for the Minister of Fisheries,

Forestry and Agriculture to designate the Northern Myotis (Myotis septentrionalis)

and Little Brown Myotis (Myotis lucifiigus) as Endangered.
