Financial Services Appeal Board Act and Public Service Commission Act
Under the authority of subsection 3(1) and subsection 3(2) of the Financial Services
Appeal Board Act and in accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service
Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Gregory
J. French, Anthony W. Patey and Peter Wakeham to the Financial Services Appeal
Board, for a three-year term, effective from a current date.
