Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment

of Brian Evans as Assistant Deputy Minister, K-12 and Early Childhood Education,

in the Department of Education, effective immediately, at his current salary and point

scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general

salary increases applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2021-158)
