Financial Services Appeal Board Act and Public Service Commission Act
Under the authority of subsection 3(1) and subsection 3(2) of the Financial Services
Appeal Board Act and in accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Anne Marie Walker and
Jayne Elizabeth Oates to the Financial Services Appeal Board, for a three-year term,
effective from a current date.
