Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment

of Scott Jones as Assistant Deputy Minister, Regulatory Affairs, in the Department

of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador, effective

immediately, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation

Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to

Executive to apply.
