Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment

of Aubrey Gover, Q.C. as Deputy Minister of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation

with the Office of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation, Office of the Executive

Council, effective immediately, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive

Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases

applicable to Executive to apply. (revoked by OC2022-222)
